继《突出重围》之后，又一军事题材作品、我国第一部展现海军潜艇部队神秘内幕的电视连续剧《波涛汹涌》12月23日(星期六)在CCTV-1黄金时段20:06起播出。本剧根据海军作家朱秀海同名长篇小说改编而成，小说《波涛汹涌》曾获1997年度海军文艺创作“金锚”大奖。在剧本改编中，既保留了原作中以世界经典海战和中国近代海军发展的宏大背景……。影片以胡玛尔和哈迪夏两家人因一次意外事故造成的矛盾展开故事，演绎了40年来草原轮回迁徙的生活、人物的情感心路历程，讲述了世代逐水草而居的中国哈萨克族牧民，在改革开放后生活发生的巨大变化。。It's amazing to have finally seen this lost film. Poor Mark Burns died this year without ever having seen the finished film! Why was it lost? It's quite good but I can understand that even if this film had a normal release in cinemas it would not have been a hit. It's too sad and tragic. The performances are great, tho.
